1. Get a proper fitting. That means someone uses measuring tape and figures out what size you are. I just posted a video on my site today showing myself getting a fitting.

2. The center of the bra (the fabric or bit of underwire that comes up between your boobs) should ideally rest directly on your breast bone. If it doesn’t then the bra band may be too large or you may need to find a bra with deeper cups that is more accommodating.
